- 絶縁基板上に発熱抵抗体を設けたサーマルヘツ
ドの前記発熱抵抗体をコーテイングする耐摩耗膜
の下層と上層との間に導電膜を設け、この導電膜
がアース又は一定の電位に接続されていることを
特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
