Claims (1)
- 基板上に発熱抵抗体層、該発熱抵抗体層に電力
を供給する電気導体層、薄膜形成手段による保護
層を順次積層するとともに、該保護層上にシリコ
ーン系、エポキシ系もしくはフツ素系の樹脂層を
塗着したことを特徴とするサーマルヘツド。
