Claims (1)
- 絶縁性基板上にグレーズ層を積層し、このグレ
ーズ層上に、複数の発熱抵抗体を整列状に形成し
、各発熱抵抗体上に、各発熱抵抗体に選択的に給
電するための共通電極および個別電極を積層し、
これらの各発熱抵抗体および電極上に保護層を積
層してなるサーマルヘツドにおいて、前記発熱抵
抗体上に積層された前記保護層を、前記電極上に
積層された前記保護層の膜厚より薄く形成してな
る薄膜保護層としたことを特徴とするサーマルヘ
ツド。
