- 基板上にその端部側が小さな厚みとなるような
段差を有する蓄積層を形成し、かつ該蓄積層の厚
みが小さい領域に共通電極を設けるとともに上記
領域以外に複数個の発熱抵抗体を直線状に配列し
て成るサーマルヘツド。
