Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用骨』 本発明は、ラベルプリンタ付き′、π子料金秤に関する
ものである。
従来の技術 従来の二の種の装置においては、複数種のラベルを発行
することができるように１投定されているものであるが
、その発行可能なラベルは、予め設定されたフォーマッ
トに従って印字されるものである。そして、そのフォー
マットはラベルの大きさ、バーコードフォーマット、印
字（Ｎγ置等のパラメータの設定をキー操作により行っ
ているものである。
発明か解決しようとする問題点 キー操作によりラベルフォーマットを設定することは、
その操作が複雑であり、多種のフォーマットの設定か困
難である。また、フォーマットを設定する手段も一様で
なく、その操作を一層困難にしている。
問題点を解決するための手段 印字すべきラベルフォーマットをラベルの大きさ、バー
コードフォーマット、印字位置等の印字パラメータに分
解し、これらの印字パラメータを記憶するメモリを設け
、前記印字パラメータを選択して印字すべきラベルフォ
ーマットを形成する複数個の選択部を有するパラメータ
選択手段を設け、このパラメータ選択手段により一定の
ラベルフォーマットを設定するようにした。
作用 パラメータ選択手段により選択された印字パラメータの
組合せにより所定のラベルフォーマットが形成される。
また、ラベルカセットにパラメータ選択手段を形成すれ
ば、そのラベルカセットをセットするたけてラベルフォ
ーマット情報を読み取ることができるものである。
実施例 本発明の一実施例を第１図ないし第７図に基づいて説明
する。まず、電子料金秤１はその上面に受皿２を有し、
正面には表示部３とキーボード４とが設けられている。
そして、その側部にはラベルプリンタ５が設けられてい
る。このラベルプリンタ５の正面には、ラベル発行口６
が形成されており、その側部には開閉蓋７が取付けられ
ている。
しかして、前記開閉蓋７の内部には、長尺状のラベル用
紙８が巻回保持され、前方上部にサーマルプリンタヘッ
ド挿入切欠９が形成されたラベルカセット１ｏが着脱自
在に取付けられている。すなわち、このラベルカセット
１０には、シャフト挿通孔１１が形成されており、この
シャフト挿通孔１１に図示しないシャフトが挿入される
ことに上り保持されるものである。また、前記ラベルカ
セット１０の側部には、パラメータ選択手段１２を構成
する選択部１３が設けられている。この選択部１３は三
個あり、光学的な反射率の相違する二種のマークを選択
することができるスライド式選択マーク１４が設けられ
ている。
これらの選択部１３の内、一つはラベルの大きさを「大
」か「小ｊかに選択するものであり、第二はバーコード
が１３桁か８桁かを選択するものであり、第三は印字位
置の選択のために使用するものである。
ついで、前記電子料金秤１の内部には、前記選択部１３
に対向して前記パラメータ選択手段１２の一部になる識
別部１５が設けられている。これらの識別部１５は光学
的センサにより形成されているものである。
また、前記電子料金秤１の内部には、ＣＰＵｌ６が設け
られ、二のＣＰＵ　ｌ　６には前記選択部１３が接続さ
れた識別部１５と、ラベルフォーマットを設定する設定
処理部１７と、発行処理部１８と、ラベルフォーマット
を記憶するメモリ１９と、ラベル発行部２０とが接続さ
れている。
ついで、ラベル２１には品名欄２２、バーコード欄２３
、データ欄２４、住所欄２５等が設定され、これらにそ
れぞれ必要事項が印字されているものである。
なお、２６は前記電子料金秤１の前部に設けられたモー
ド設定スイッチである。
このような構成において、ラベルフォーマットは、ラベ
ルの大きさ、バーコードフォーマット、印字位置等の複
数個の印字パラメータに分解されており、これらの印字
パラメータはそれぞれ予め設定されている。すなわち、
モード設定スイッチ２６で設定モードに設定されている
と、入力されたキーに応じて各印字パラメータ毎の条件
が設定される。たとえば、選択部１３を操作してスライ
ド式選択マークト１て設定する。
このように設定されたラベルカセット１０を電子料金秤
１にセットすれば１選択部１３が識ＢＵ　合１１１５に
対向してその設定内容が読み取られる。これにより、ラ
ベルフォーマットが定められ、必要な印字がなされる。
つぎに、第８図に示すものは、選択部１３の変形例を示
すものであり、三個の起伏自在な突起物２７によりパラ
メータ選択手段１２を構成する選択部１３を形成したも
のである。そして、電子十斗金秤１には、これらの突起
物２７に対向して突出しているその突起物２７により押
圧されてスイ゛ソチ作用を示す図示しない識別部が設け
られてしするものである。
なお、実施に当っては、情報部１３を電子料金秤１の側
面等に配設したデツプスイ・ソチなど（こより形成して
もよいものである。
発明の効果 本発明は、」二連のように印字すべきラベルフォーマッ
トをラベルの大きさ、バーコードフォーマット、印字位
置等の印字パラメータに分解し、これらの印字パラメー
タを記憶するメモリを設け、前記印字パラメータを選択
して印字すべきラベルフォーマットを形成する複数個の
選択部を有するパラメータ選択手段を設けたので、キー
操作を伴うことなく必要なラベルフォーマットを設定す
ることができ、通常業務中であってもその設定を行うこ
とができ、特に、ラベルカセットにパラメータ選択手段
の選択部を設けることによりラベルカセットをセットす
るだけで必要なラベルフォーマットを定めることができ
るものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、印字すべきラベルフォーマットをラベルの大きさ、
    バーコードフォーマット、印字位置等の印字パラメータ
    に分解し、これらの印字パラメータを記憶するメモリを
    設け、前記印字パラメータを選択して印字すべきラベル
    フォーマットを形成する複数個の選択部を有するパラメ
    ータ選択手段を設けたことを特徴とするラベルプリンタ
    付き電子料金秤。 ２、長尺状のラベル用紙を収納したラベルカセットを設
    け、印字すべきラベルフォーマットをラベルの大きさ、
    バーコードフォーマット、印字位置等の印字パラメータ
    に分解し、これらの印字パラメータを記憶するメモリを
    設け、前記印字パラメータを選択して印字すべきラベル
    フォーマットを形成する複数個の選択部が前記ラベルカ
    セットに形成されたパラメータ選択手段を設けたことを
    特徴とするラベルプリンタ付き電子料金秤。
