１乃至第４の抵抗、１５及び１６は調整用の第５
及び第６の抵抗である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄肉な圧力応動部の周囲部に厚肉な台座部を形
    成してなるダイヤフラム本体と、このダイヤフラ
    ム本体の圧力応動部に付設され該圧力応動部に圧
    力が加えられて変位されるとその変位に応じて抵
    抗値が変化する複数個の圧力検知用抵抗膜と、前
    記ダイヤフラム本体の台座部に付設され前記圧力
    検知用抵抗膜に電気的に接続されて該圧力検知用
    抵抗膜との合成抵抗が前記圧力応動部に圧力が加
    えられない定常時に所定値となるように調整可能
    な調整用抵抗膜とを具備してなる圧力センサ。
