- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 感圧素子の出力電圧を、比較回路によつて所定
の基準電圧と比較することによりオン、オフ検出
出力を発生する圧力センサにおいて、 比較回路に与える基準電圧を発生する回路が、 発生する基準電圧を設定するための可変抵抗、
可変抵抗の一方の端子に与える調整可能な上限電
圧を発生する回路、および 可変抵抗の他方の端子に与える調整可能な下限
電圧を発生する回路を備えている、 ことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
