Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 検出対象をそれぞれ検出する一対のセンサー素
子と、この一対のセンサー素子に各々直列に接続
される一対の定電流源と、上記一対のセンサー素
子の抵抗変化を電気信号に変換するコンパレータ
とを有するセンサー回路において、 エミツタ・コレクタ間が各々上記一対のセンサ
ー素子と上記一対の定電流源との各間に介在され
互いにベース間が接続されて一方のコレクタ・ベ
ース間が接続された一対のトランジスタと、この
一対のトランジスタのうちの他方のトランジスタ
のコレクタからセンサー信号が一方の入力端に入
力されるコンパレータと、このコンパレータの他
方の入力端に接続される基準電圧源と、上記コン
パレータの一方の入力端と他方の入力端との間に
接続された抵抗とを備えたことを特徴とするセン
サー回路。
