は定電流源、Ｈは第１の電位端子、Ｌは第２の電
位端子、Ｇは基準電位端子である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一端が第１の線路及び第１の切換手段を介して
    第１の電位端子に接続され、他端が第２の線路及
    び第２の切換手段を介して第２の電位端子に接続
    されると共に第３の線路及び第３の切換手段を介
    して基準電位端子に接続された測温抵抗体と、 第１の電位端子に非反転端子が接続され、第２
    の電位端子に反転入力端子が接続された差動増幅
    器と、 上記第１の線路と上記第１の切換手段の接続点
    に第４の切換手段を介して接続された第１の定電
    流源と、 上記第２の線路と上記第２の切換手段の接続点
    に第５の切換手段を介して接続され、第１の定電
    流源と等しい電流値を有する第２の定電流源とを
    具備し、 上記差動増幅器に第１乃至第３の切換手段の接
    触抵抗の影響を与えない出力を得る様にして成る
    ことを特徴とする温度測定装置。
