Claims (1)
- 電流端子と電圧端子の一対が一方の測定端子と
なる４端子法による低抵抗測定装置において、電
流端子と電圧端子間に第１の抵抗器を接続し、電
流端子と第２の抵抗器の一方を接続し、電圧端子
と第３の抵抗器の一方を接続し、第２の抵抗器と
第３の抵抗器の他方はそれぞれの別の電位に接続
し、電流端子と電圧端子間に電位差を生じさせ、
この電位差の有無により測定端子の状態を感知す
ることを特徴とする低抵抗測定装置。
