Claims (1)
- ある電気部品の特性を測定するために電気部品
の端子間に電圧をかけて電流を測定する為の測定
端子の他に、その電気部品のある１つ以上の端子
に流れる電流を測定する電流計を設置した状態で
、測定端子間に任意の周波数の電圧を加え、この
状態において測定端子間に流れている電流の測定
値による情報や、その電気部品に流れている電流
の測定値による情報や、測定端子に加えた電気特
性の値による情報や、これらを組み合わせた情報
により解析して部品の特性を導き出すことを特徴
とする測定装置。
