Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被測定抵抗に接続される一対の入力端子と
    、これらの入力端子間に接続される電圧測定部と
    、ヒユーズを介して上記電圧測定部と並列となる
    ように上記入力端子間に接続された測定電流供給
    手段とを備え、上記被測定抵抗の抵抗値を電圧変
    化として測定する抵抗測定装置において、 上記入力端子のいずれか一方と上記測定電流供
    給手段との間に、同測定電流供給手段を該一方の
    入力端子側もしくは上記他方の入力端子側のいず
    れかに切替接続するスイツチを設けたことを特徴
    とする抵抗測定装置。 (2) 上記ヒユーズは上記電圧測定部に対して直
    列的に接続されている請求項１記載の抵抗測定装
    置。 (3) 上記ヒユーズは上記電圧測定部に対して並
    列的に接続されている請求項１記載の抵抗測定装
    置。
