Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電圧設定器の出力電圧を反転増幅器へ供給し、
    その反転増幅器の出力を電流バツフアへ供給し、
    その電流バツフアの出力側をフオース線を通じて
    被測定物の端子に接続し、その端子をセンス線を
    通じ、更に帰還抵抗器を通じて上記反転増幅器の
    反転入力端に接続して上記電圧設定器の出力電圧
    を上記端子に印加し、その時上記フオース線に流
    れる電流を測定する電圧印加電流測定器において
    、 上記端子と上記電流バツフアの出力端との間の
    電圧差を検出する差動増幅器を備え、その差動増
    幅器の出力電圧と上記フオース線の抵抗値とから
    そのフオース線を流れる電流を求めるようにした
    ことを特徴とする電圧印加電流測定器。
