Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ホール素子の電流端子間に接続され温度変
化に伴う前記ホール素子の入力抵抗の変化分を検
出する可変抵抗器、及び前記ホール素子の出力電
圧から前記可変抵抗器の刷子より得られる電圧を
差引く手段を備えてなるホール素子の温度補償回
路。 (2) 前記ホール素子の駆動電流の極性及び前記
差引いた電圧の極性を夫々反転させて可変抵抗器
の刷子の位置を調整することにより温度補償係数
を決定するように構成したことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のホール素子の
温度補償回路。
