- 圧力センサへ圧力を導入するニツプルと、この
ニツプルと共に構成され、圧力を検知して電気的
抵抗変化を生ずるゲージ抵抗が形成されたダイア
フラムとを有する圧力検出装置において、上記ニ
ツプルの内面をフツ素樹脂でコーテイングしたこ
とを特徴とする圧力検出装置。
