Claims (1)
- 回転軸上に回転可能に組付けたギヤの一側にて
同回転軸と一体回転可能に組付けたクラツチハブ
と、このクラツチハブの外周ボス部に設けた外ス
プラインに軸方向へのみ摺動可能に組付けたスリ
ーブと、このスリーブと前記ギヤ間に配置したシ
ンクロナイザリングと、このシンクロナイザリン
グと前記スリーブ間に配置され同スリーブの前記
ギヤ側への摺動時前記シンクロナイザリングを軸
方向へ押圧して同シンクロナイザリングのコーン
部を前記ギヤに設けたコーン部に圧接させる押圧
機構を備えた同期噛合装置において、前記押圧機
構を、前記スリーブの内周に設けられ前記クラツ
チハブの外周ボス部に設けた軸方向の溝部に臨み
かつ前記シンクロナイザリングのチヤンフアに係
脱可能なチヤンフアを有し周方向の幅を互に異に
する大小の突起部と、前記クラツチハブの外周ボ
ス部の内周に弾撥的に組付けられる縮径可能なリ
ング部および同リング部の前記ギヤとは反対側の
部位に突設されて前記スリーブの大突起部と前記
シンクロナイザリング間に位置し同大突起部の押
圧力にて前記シンクロナイザリングに係合してこ
れを押圧しかつ前記押圧力が所定以上になると前
記大突起部が乗上げる脚部を備えたバネ部材とに
より構成したことを特徴とする同期噛合装置。
