Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic containing 0.01-3wt% based on total amounts of prescription of cosmetic of dolichol obtained from swine liver by extraction, etc. The cosmetic promotes skin functions, prevents wrinkles on the skin, makes the skin fine and wet, has improved beautifying effects, improving effects on chapped skin and keratin and accelerating effect on turnover speed.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to cosmetics for preventing skin aging (skin cosmetics used for preventing skin aging). More specifically, it relates to a skin cosmetic with excellent skin aging prevention effects (improving rough skin, improving keratin, increasing the turnover rate of the stratum corneum, reducing wrinkles, etc.).

(Prior Art) Aging skin loses its flexibility and elasticity, wrinkles increase, and the skin becomes dry and rough without smoothness, and a phenomenon of exfoliation of keratin cells is observed. In addition, dark skin and age spots are intensified. Recently, a few cosmetics have been proposed to prevent skin aging, but none have been found to have sufficient sound effects.

For example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-26726 discloses that aminobutyric acid-based compounds enhance skin function by dilating the skin's peripheral blood vessels and have an anti-aging effect.

However, the effect is still not sufficient.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The purpose of the present invention is to beautify the body while giving a good feeling when used, increase attractiveness, keep the skin healthy, and express and impart skin anti-aging effects and whitening effects. The cosmetic for preventing skin aging of the present invention is produced by blending the dolichol into a skin cosmetic base material by a conventional method. (1) Method for measuring the turnover rate of the stratum corneum. An ointment containing 5% by weight of the fluorescent dye danzyl chloride in white petrolatum is made and applied to the skin of the subject's forearm for 24 hours for occlusion. Osmotic binding of danzyl chloride.
