Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、特許請求の範囲第１項の前提部分に記載の、
合成糸の摩擦仮撚り用摩擦回転子に関する。
〔従来の技術〕
ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公ｙｌＪ第２９０１４０８号
明細書によれば、外周にＶ字状溝を持つ保持体に、適当
に構成された摩擦環が取り付けられる摩擦回転子は公知
である。この摩擦環は所定の予荷重によりＶ字状溝に締
め付けられる。この構成により、摩擦環の摩耗の際に摩
擦環を大した苦労もなく新しい摩擦環と交換することが
でき、しかもその際保持体は損害を及ぼされない。
しかし摩擦環は、低回転速度の際にしか使用できないと
いう欠点を持っている。高回転速度の際には摩擦環は保
持体から開端する。疲労現象および仮撚りの際に生ずる
温度は、止められていない摩擦環に影響を及ぼしかつ位
置変化を生せしめ、その結果正確な回転および丸い表面
が非常に損われる。その結果が欠陥系である。
別の欠点は、もはや密に接触していない摩擦環の擦れ合
いが進行することに存し、そのことが摩擦環の早期の損
傷に至らせる。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
本発明の課曙は、高回転速度の際にも摩擦環の拡がりま
たは開離を防止する安全装置をできるだけ簡単なやり方
で見出すことである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
この課題の解決は特許請求の範囲第１項の特徴部分によ
り行なわれる。それ以外の有利な構成は特許請求の範囲
第２項および第３項から分かる。
本発明による安全素子は、摩擦環を全周において包囲し
、こうして摩擦環の保持体からの開忍または拡がりを防
止するという利点を持っている。これによって擦れ合い
が摩擦環に進行して、摩擦環の早期摩耗に至らせること
も回避される。それによって、８００ｍ／ｍｉｎ以上の
引出し速度を可能にする高回転速度で運転できる。比較
的高い温度自体は摩擦環の位置変化を許容しない。
なぜならば環状素子はその位置を不変に維持するからで
ある。
〔実施例〕
いくつかの実施例について本発明を以下に説明する。
第１図において、摩擦環ｌの外周にある環状溝２に環状
素子３が挿入される。
第２図において、環状素子６および７が摩擦環ｌの環状
溝４および５に挿入される。
第３図において、予荷重を受けて巻かれた環状素子８が
摩擦＠１に一体成形される。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は外周にはめ込まれた環状素子を持つ摩擦環の断
面図、第２図は端面にはめ込まれた２つの環状素子を持
つ摩擦環の断面図、第３図は一体成形された環状素子を
持つ摩擦環の断面図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　周囲に弾性摩擦環を持つ、合成糸の摩擦仮撚り用摩
    擦回転子において、弾性摩擦環（１）の周囲範囲に少な
    くとも１つの剛性環状素子（６、７）が設けられ、この
    環状素子が高回転速度の際に弾性摩擦環（１）の開離を
    防止することを特徴とする、合成糸の摩擦仮撚り用摩擦
    回転子。 ２　弾性摩擦環の一方または両方の端面に別の剛性環状
    素子が設けられていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の摩擦回転子。 ３　弾性摩擦環に、予荷重を受けて巻かれた輪ばねが一
    体成形されていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第
    ２項に記載の摩擦回転子。
