Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （沼業上の利用分骨） 本発明は空気中の臭いを除去する脱臭装置に関するもの
である。
（従来の技術） 従来において空気清浄及び脱臭装置は種々公知であるが
、これらは専ら物理的濾過又は化学反応によって塵埃の
除去及び脱臭を行うものであるが脱染機能の維持のｔめ
に脱臭剤を頻繁に取り替える必要があり、その結果コス
トが高く改善が望まれていた。
（発明が解決しようとする聞誤点） 本発明は以上の従来の間頭を解決し長期間その脱臭特性
が維持される脱臭装置の提供を目的とするっ （実施例） 以下本発明の脱臭装置を図面に示す実施例に従って説明
する。
第１図及び第２図は本発明の脱臭装置を示し、該脱臭装
置ｔ１）は本体周内のＴ：都に設けられたダク）　（１
０）を何する、 該ダクトｔｌＦ］）は吸込口（３）において脱臭すべき
空気を吸引するファンに接続きれる（ファンの排熱によ
り空気が暖められる構造にすることが望ましい）○ 又ダクト（ｌＯ）の上方には加湿体（５）が設けられ、
該加湿体（５）はこれを通過して上方に流れる空気に通
過時に加湿するものである。
図示の実施例においては加湿体（５）は筒状の通気路（
５ｂ）を有し水（５Ｃ）が収容された容器（５ａ）内に
フェルト等の通気性を有する湿潤膜（５ｄ）を浸して形
成σれている。
次に加湿体（５）の−上方には無機質及び有ａ質の粉末
又は粒体が充填されたバイオフィルター１７）が装着さ
れる。
Ｗをバイオフィルター（７）は適度の温度、湿度及び明
るさの状況下で微生物が繁殖する母体を梶供するもので
ある。
次ニバイオフィルター（７）の上方には照’Ｕ　灯ｔ８
）　カ設けられる。
更にバイオフィルター（７）の上方には除をフィルター
（９）が装着される。
以上の実施例に示した本発明の脱臭装置の作用を次に説
明する。
すなわちファン等により脱臭すべき空気はダクト（１０
）に桿かね、る。
該空気は加湿体（５）を通過し加醒されて上方に流れる
。
次に空気はバイオフィルター（７）を通過するがこ（７
）　ｌ’Ｍ窄気中の悪臭成分は該バイオフィルター（７
）ニ１吸着除去きれる。
ここでバイオフィルター（７）の吸着能力はマス自体が
有する温度と温度及び照明灯（８）による明るさの下で
繁殖している微生物により長期的に促進維持きれている
。
この結果突気はバイオフィルター（７）において脱臭さ
れることになるっ 更に空気は除塵フィルター（９）を通過した後大気中に
放出される。
（発明の効果） 本発明の脱臭装置の実施例は以上の通りでありその効果
を次に列記する。
（１＋　　本発明の脱臭装置は特許１；Ｉ！ｊ末の１融
囲に記載した構成であり、特にバイオフィルターにより
脱臭するため脱臭特性が極めてよい。
（２）本発明の脱臭装置は同上の構成であり、特にバイ
オフィルターを用いるため長期間その脱臭特性が維持さ
れる。

  1. １、脱臭すべき空気が導かれるダクトと、該ダクトの上
    方に設けられた加湿体と、該加湿体の上方に装着された
    バイオフィルターと、該バイオフィルターの上方に設け
    られた照明灯とからなる脱臭装置
