  1. 少くとも一部が透明なパツクージ内に半導体感光素子が
    収納されて成る感光性半導体装置において、上記半導体
    感光素子iコ形成された複弊個の受− 光部の並び方向
    が上記パッケージの辺に対して非平行となるように光軸
    の回りに回転させて配置して成ることを特徴とする感光
    性半導体装置。
