Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放熱板上にダイオードを取付けるとともに、前
    記ダイオードの電極をリードを介して外部の回路
    と接続するようにした装置において、前記ダイオ
    ードの素子をペレツトから構成し、前記放熱板の
    表面に絶縁層を形成するとともに、この絶縁層の
    上に導電層を設けるか前記リードを配し、その上
    に前記ダイオードの素子を構成するペレツトを配
    し、しかもこのペレツトを前記放熱板上に設けら
    れた樹脂成形体によつて封入するようにしたこと
    を特徴とするダイオード装置。
