Claims (1)
- 負電源用安定化電源回路用の集積回路と、前記
集積回路の電流出力端子と接地との間に接続して
あるバイアス回路と、前記集積回路の電流制限用
入力端子に抵抗を介してベース電極が接続してあ
るトランジスタとからなり、前記トランジスタの
エミツタ電極は電圧入力端子に接続してあり、前
記トランジスタのコレクタ電極は電圧出力端子に
接続してあることを特徴とする電圧安定化器。
