Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 第一の導電型である第一のトランジスタと
、前記第一の導電型と異なる第二の導電型である
第二のトランジスタと、定電流源とを備え、 前記第一のトランジスタの、コレクタを電源の
第一の端子に接続し、コレクタ・ベース間に基準
電圧を加え、 前記第二のトランジスタの、コレクタを前記電
源の第二の端子に、ベースを前記定電流源を介し
て前記電源の前記第二の端子に接続し、 また、前記第二のトランジスタの、ベースを直
接あるいは電圧降下素子を介して前記第一のトラ
ンジスタのエミツタに、エミツタを出力電圧端子
に接続することを特徴とする定電圧回路。 (2) 前記定電流源オンオフ可能とした実用新案
