    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エミツタ端子を第１の抵抗を介して電源の一端
    に接続し、コレクタ端子を電源の他端に接続した
    トランジスタと、このトランジスタのベース端子
    に出力を与える比較器と、この比較器の一方の入
    力端子を接続する信号源と、この比較器の他方の
    入力端子と電源との間に設ける第２の抵抗と、前
    記比較器の他方の入力端子及びトランジスタのエ
    ミツタ端子と第１の抵抗との接続点に設けるダイ
    オードとを備えたことを特徴とする定電流回路。
