    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランスの二次巻線の一端と前段のトランジスタのベー
    スとを第１の抵抗器を介して接続するとともに、上記ト
    ランスの二次巻線の他端と前段のトランジスタのエミッ
    タとの間にダイオードを接続し、上記ダイオードに第２
    の抵抗器を介して順方向電流を供給し、このダイオード
    による電圧降下で上記前段のトランジスタのベース・エ
    ミッタ間電圧を補償するシュミット回路。
