Claims (1)
- コレクタが電源に接続された第１のトランジス
タと、このトランジスタのベース・コレクタ間に
接続された第１抵抗と、前記第１のトランジスタ
のエミツタと基準電位点間に接続された第２及び
第３抵抗と、同じく前記第１のトランジスタのエ
ミツタと基準電位点間に接続された第４抵抗及び
コンデンサと、コレクタが前記第１のトランジス
タのベースに、エミツタが第２抵抗と第３抵抗の
接続中点に、ベースが第４抵抗とコンデンサの接
続中点に夫々接続された第２のトランジスタとよ
りなる方形波発振回路。
