当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタと、このトランジスタのベースに
    接続されベース電位を一定に保つツエナダイオー
    ドと、このトランジスタのベースとツエナダイオ
    ードの接続点から前記トランジスタのコレクタに
    接続されてベース電流を供給する第１の抵抗とを
    備え、前記ツエナダイオードと第１の抵抗の接続
    点から前記トランジスタのベースの間に第２の抵
    抗を設けたことを特徴とする定電圧回路。
