Claims (1)
- 一定の電圧を負荷に供給する定電圧回路に於い
て、電圧入力端子にダイオードのアノードが接続
され、ダイオードのカソードと、トランジスター
のコレクターとが接続され、トランジスターのエ
ミツターが定電圧出力端子となり、定電圧出力端
子とアース間にコンデンサーが接続され、トラン
ジスターのベースとアース間にコンデンサーとツ
エナーダイオードとが並列接続され、ベースと電
圧入力端子とが抵抗にて接続されたことを特徴と
する定電圧電源回路。
