Claims (1)
- 直流電源及び負荷の直列回路を接続して成る入
力端子及び出力端子と、前記入力端子と前記出力
端子の＋側との間に直列に接続されるパワートラ
ンジスタ及びＯＣＰ検出用抵抗と、前記パワート
ランジスタのエミツタ電極と前記出力端子の一側
との間に接続される前記パワートランジスタの抵
抗と、前記出力端子の＋側にそのエミツタ電極を
接続し、前記パワートランジスタのベース電極に
そのコレクタ電極を接続すると共に、そのベース
電極を抵抗を介して前記入力端子に接続するＯＣ
Ｐ用トランジスタとから構成されることを特徴と
する過電流保護回路。
