- 直列制御形定電圧回路において、制御用トラン
ジスタのエミツタと出力端子間に接続された電流
電圧変換用抵抗と、上記制御用トランジスタのベ
ース・エミツタ間に接続された２個の直列接続抵
抗回路と、エミツタを上記出力端子に、コレクタ
を上記制御用トランジスタのベースに、ベースを
上記抵抗回路の接続点に接続した過電流保護用ト
ランジスタとよりなる過電流保護回路。
