    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電圧をエミツタコレクタ間電路を介して負
    荷端に供給する出力トランジスタと、該出力トラ
    ンジスタのベースにコレクタが接続されてベース
    バイアスを定める制御トランジスタと、該制御ト
    ランジスタのベースに制御電圧を分圧して加える
    分圧回路とを有する直流電源回路において、上記
    分圧回路と負荷端との間に負荷短絡時に順方向と
    なる向きにダイオードを接続したことを特徴とす
    る電子機器等の負荷短絡保護回路。
