- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ベースが入力端子に接続される第１のトランジ
スタのエミツタを第２のトランジスタのベースに
接続し、該第２のトランジスタのベースを定電流
源又は抵抗を介して電源に接続すると共にエミツ
タを抵抗を介して出力端子に接続して構成した回
路を相補的に２個接続したエミツタホロワ出力の
コンプリメンタリＳＥＰＰ回路に対して、 上記入力端子と上記出力端子との間に少なくと
も１組の逆並列接続ダイオードを接続したことを
特徴とする保護回路。
