Claims (1)
- 直流入力ラインに制御トランジスタのコレクタ
・エミツタ間を直列に挿入し、駆動トランジスタ
のコレクタ・エミツタ間とこのエミツタに設けた
電流検出抵抗の直列路を上記制御トランジスタの
ベースと基準電位点との間に接続し、この駆動ト
ランジスタのベースと基準電位点との間に保護ト
ランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ間を接続し、前
記制御トランジスタから得る直流出力電圧の検出
出力を前記駆動トランジスタのベースに印加する
と共に、前記電流検出抵抗に生じる電圧の検出出
力を前記保護トランジスタのベースに印加するよ
うにしてなる定電圧電源回路。
