  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 負極性電源で動作する論理回路の出力と、正極
    性電源で動作する論理回路の入力とを接続するイ
    ンタフエース回路において、 ベースが上記出力に接続され、エミツタが負極
    性電源に接続され、コレクタがダイオードのカソ
    ードに接続されたＮＰＮトランジスタを備え、 上記ダイオードのアノードが共通電位点に接続
    され、 上記トランジスタのコレクタが上記正極電源で
    動作する論理回路の入力に接続された ことを特徴とするインタフエース回路。
