Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基準電圧発生用の抵抗とチエナーダイオードと
を入力端子に直列に、且つ上記抵抗をトランジス
タのベース―コレクタ間に、上記チエナーダイオ
ードのカソードを上記トランジスタのベースに接
続し、上記トランジスタのエミツタと上記チエナ
ーダイオードのアノードを夫々出力端子に接続し
てなる直列制御形定電圧電源回路であつて、 上記トランジスタのベース―エミツタ間にダイ
オードを上記チエナーダイオードのチエナー電流
方向に対し順方向に接続したことを特徴とする安
定化電源回路。
