Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a voltage follower circuit which can handle the large output current with the small idling current and obtain both the fast and slow rise in the case of the capacitive load. CONSTITUTION:The common connection is secured between the emitters of transistors Tr1 and 2, and the emitters are earthed via constant current source 12 of current value I2. The base of Tr1 is used as the input terminal, and the collector output is supplied to the current Miller circuit which is formed with Trs13 and 14 and features the equal input and output current value. The collector of Tr14 is earthed via constant current source 15 featuring the current value I1 which is 1/2 I2, and the base of Tr16 is connected to the collector of Tr14 each. And the collector of Tr16 is connected to positive power source +V, and at the same time the emitter is connected to the base of Tr2. The negative feedback is applied to the base of Tr2 via Trs13, 14 and 16 each, and both Trs1 and 2 are biased to the active region in the steady mode. On the other hand, the base of Tr2 is used as the output terminal and receives connection of load 4.
