Claims (1)
- コレクタとエミツタが夫々入・出力端子に接続
された制御用トランジスタと該制御用トランジス
タのベースから第１の定電圧電源回路の出力線路
に順方向となる様に接続されたダイオードと、前
記ダイオードのアノード側と前記制御用トランジ
スタのコレクタ間に接続された抵抗とによつて第
２の定電圧電源回路を構成することを特徴とする
定電圧電源回路。
