- コレクタ（又はエミツタ）が電源端子に接続す
る出力段トランジスタと、前記出力段トランジス
タを介して前記電源端子と出力端子との間に流れ
る負荷電流の方向に順方向を合わせ前記出力段ト
ランジスタのエミツタ（又はコレクタ）と前記出
力端子との間に接続する電流調整ダイオードとを
有することを特徴とする集積回路。
