- エミツタが抵抗を介して正又は負の電源に接続
されたトランジスタのベースと該電源との間に定
電圧素子を接続し、該トランジスタのコレクタよ
り定電流を取り出す定電流回路において、該定電
流素子として発光ダイオードを用いて構成してな
る定電流回路。
