- 制御用トランジスタのコレクタ側またはエミツ
タ側から抵抗を介して接地された発光素子と、こ
の発光素子に光学的に結合された受光素子とを有
し、この受光素子のカソードを制御トランジスタ
のコレクタにアノードをベースに接続したことを
