  1. 基準電圧発生手段と、定電圧化すべき電圧と前
    記基準電圧発生手段より出力される基準電圧とを
    比較する比較手段と、この比較手段の出力に基い
    て制御される制御用トランジスタと、この制御用
    トランジスタに基いて制御され定電圧化された電
    圧を出力する電源供給用トランジスタと、前記制
    御用トランジスタと前記電源供給用トランジスタ
    との間に接続された発光ダイオードとよりなる定
    電圧回路。
