Claims (1)
- トランジスタのベースにＥＣＬレベルの信号を
入力し、前記トランジスタのエミツタには前記ベ
ースに入力する信号とは逆極性のＥＣＬレベルの
信号をアノードに入力するダイオードのカソード
と他端が電源に接続した抵抗器とが接続され、前
記トランジスタのコレクタには他端が電源に接続
された抵抗器の一端が接続されて前記トランジス
タのコレクタからＴＴＬレベルまたはＣＭＯＳレ
ベルの信号を出力するレベル変換回路において、
前記トランジスタのコレクタにカソードが接続さ
れアノードがグランドに接続された第１のダイオ
ードと、前記トランジスタのコレクタにカソード
が接続されアノードが他端を電源に接続した前記
抵抗器の一端に接続された第２のダイオードとを
有することを特徴とするレベル変換回路。
