Claims (1)
- ＣＭＯＳレベルからＥＣＬレベルへ変換するレ
ベル変換回路において、ＣＭＯＳ ＩＣの出力に
ダイオードのカソードを接続し該ダイオードを介
して第１、第２の抵抗器に接続し、第１の抵抗器
の他端は正電圧源に接続し、第２の抵抗器は第３
の抵抗器及びトランジスタのベースに接続し、第
３の抵抗器の他端は負電圧源にトランジスタのコ
レクタはＧＮＤにエミツタはＥＣＬ ＩＣの入力
に接続してなるレベル変換回路。
