Claims (1)
- 入力信号源とトランジスタのベースとの間に第
１の抵抗を接続するとともにこのトランジスタの
ベース・コレクタ間に第１のコンデンサを接続し
、かつ前記トランジスタのコレクタと第１の電位
点間に負荷を接続し、エミツタと第２の電位点間
に第２の抵抗と第２のコンデンサとの並列回路を
接続した積分回路において、前記トランジスタの
コレクタとベース間に、ダイオードおよびこのダ
イオードと直列を成すように第３の抵抗、第３の
コンデンサによる並列回路を接続し、前記トラン
ジスタのコレクタより積分された出力信号を得る
ようにしたことを特徴とする積分回路。
