- ＳＥＰＰ構成によるトランジスタ増幅器の出力
回路において、ＰＮＰ及びＮＰＮトランジスタの
各エミツタに抵抗と、抵抗とダイオードの並列回
路とを直列接続してそれぞれ負荷に接続するよう
にしたことを特徴とするトランジスタ増幅器の出
力回路。
