- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 定電流電源に接続された抵抗（第１）及び
ＰＮＰ型トランジスタの直列回路と前記定電流電
源の両端間にコレクタ、ベースが接続され、且つ
エミツタを抵抗（第２）を介して前記ＰＮＰ型ト
ランジスタのベースに接続されたＮＰＮ型トラン
ジスタを備えたことを特徴とする定電流回路。 (2) ＮＰＮ型トランジスタをダーリントン接続
すると共に直列回路に直列ダイオードを付加した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載の定電流回路。
