Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吐出し型定電流源と、吸込み型定電流源と、こ
    れら定電流源の出力を接続する直列に接続された
    第1および第2のダイオードと、前記吐出し型定
    電流源と前記第1のダイオードの接続点にその一
    端が接続され他端に設定電圧が印加される第3の
    ダイオードと、前記吸込み型定電流源と前記第2
    のダイオードの接続点にその一端が接続され他端
    に設定電圧が印加される第4のダイオードとを有
    し、前記第1のダイオードと前記第2のダイオー
    ドの接続点から出力を取出すと共に、前記吐出し
    型定電流源の流出電流および前記吸込み型定電流
    源の流入電流のうちいずれか一方の電流を一定値
    だけ変化させるようにすることを特徴とするデジ
    タル信号発生回路。
