Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端が基準電源に接続された負荷と、 アノードが前記負荷の他端に、カソードが第１及
び第２電流源に各々接続された第１及び第２ダイ
オードと該第１及び第２ダイオードのカソードに
エミツタが各々接続され、ベースにデジタル信号
が各々印加される第１及び第２トランジスタから
成るスイツチ回路と を備え、前記負荷の他端よりアナログ出力信号を
得るようにしたことを特徴とするＤ／Ａ変換回路
。 (2) 前記第１及び第２ダイオードは、コレクタ
・ベースが共通接続されたトランジスタから構成
されることを特徴とする請求項第１項記載のＤ／
Ａ変換回路。 (3) 前記第２電流源の電流値は、前記第１電流
源のそれに比べ２倍であることを特徴とする請求
項第１項記載のＤ／Ａ変換回路。 (4) 前記負荷の他端に定電流源及びダイオード
の直列回路を接続することを特徴とする請求項第
１項記載のＤ／Ａ変換回路。 (5) 前記負荷は、抵抗又はダイオードであるこ
