- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ それぞれ２本の入力クロツク信号のうちの１
本ずつをレベル変換するトランジスタを有する第
１および第２のレベル変換回路と、外部から与え
られる切替制御信号に応答して前記第１および第
２のレベル変換回路の変換送出信号のうちの一方
を選択し出力する切替回路と、前記切替制御信号
に応答して前記切替回路で選択していない方の前
記レベル変換回路の前記トランジスタにカツトオ
フ動作を設定するバイアス電圧を与えるバイアス
制御回路とを備えていることを特徴とするクロツ
ク信号切替回路。 ２ 前記第１および第２のレベル変換回路はそれ
ぞれ前記トランジスタのエミツタフオロアを２段
接続した構成をもつ請求項１記載のクロツク信号
