- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 共通の入力端子を有し、基準電圧を境にして能
動領域と遮断領域とが反対側にあるトランジスタ
からなる互いに逆極性の第１及び第２の増幅回路
と、 これら増幅回路のバイアス電圧を切り換えて、
いずれか一方の増幅回路を動作させて出力信号を
出力させる切換制御回路とを具備してなるスイツ
チ回路。
